I have had Doctor Bortey in the past and was very impressed. He fully listened, took my concerns seriously, and suggested ways to move forward depending on how I progressed. It's not always possible to get a doctor of your choice, but he is one I have no qualms about choosing. As with the previous time, when I saw him today, he listened to what I said, checked on what I had come about as well as asking about the progress of a different health problem which is being attended to by specialists. Excellent listening skills and communication. Highly recommended.

I have only known Dr. Bortey for a short while but have always found him to be attentive to my needs and very helpful. The biggest problem is getting an appointment which is understandable but can be exasperating sometimes, however my needs are not as great as others at the present.

This was my first session with Dr Bortey and so my ratings are slightly conservative. I found him listen and caring. His examination of my problem was thorough and not rushed. He manner professional and he spoke clearly, concisely in words which I could understand. His explanation of the problem and treatment proposed was clearly given to me as were his instructions of how the medication should be taken. Based on this visit I would happily visit Dr Bortey again.

Dr Bortey does not rush in his consultation, he listens to you, he always consults his notes and if needed he will examine you before prescribing or telling you his verdict
